Alonzo Rutherford
Executive Director/Founder
Alonzo Rutherford is a native Of Las Vegas, Nevada by way of Omaha Nebraska. He is a husband of 1 and father of five beautiful children. He’s enjoyed over two decades of marriage and is a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has worked with the ID/ DD/ TBI community for over 21 yrs. He sat as the founder / operator of Ruahh Llc from 2013- 2015, working with at risk youth and their families. He's also been involved in various community outreach efforts, with his latest tenure ending in 2024 from New Vista, wherein he provided oversight in the coordination of care for youth with ID/DD (6yrs). He aims to serve and service the underserved through care and consistency.
Archie C. McArthur III
President
Archie has been in the human services field since 1997 and part of the nonprofit, New Vista since 2005. He serves as its Executive Director since 2014. Archie has worked with troubled youth/teens, mental health, and people who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. The majority of his career has been working with IDD/MH individuals. Archie is an Army Veteran, PSI-Seminars Graduate, active Prince Hall Mason since 1994, and Shriner, since 1995 as well as a Community Activist and Organizer. Archie has led and implemented volunteer programs throughout the Las Vegas community since 2000. “Empowering and growing through love.”
Scharlene Rutherford
Program Administrator
Scharlene Rutherford is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada, and a devoted wife and mother of five children. She is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in healthcare administration, community-based services, and nonprofit operations. As the Program Administrator for Crest View Services, Scharlene oversees program operations, billing and compliance processes, client records management, staff support, quality assurance activities, and community outreach initiatives. She plays an integral role in ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Scharlene is passionate about serving individuals and families throughout the community and is committed to helping underserved populations access quality support services and resources. She believes in building strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners to promote positive outcomes and long-term success. Through her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence, Scharlene helps advance the mission of Crest View Services by fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and service to those in need.
